Matthew Lewis Doodles for Charity

Matthew has made two doodles for the Cardiomyopathy Association’s ‘Have a Heart’ Charity auctions. “This doodle, on an A5 sized card, has not only been drawn by Matthew but it’s signed by him too.” You can bid on the doodles at the following links: ONE [love hearts], TWO [heart]

The Cardiomyopathy Association (CMA) is a registered charity that helps people and their families affected by the heart muscle disease cardiomyopathy. We provide support and easy-to-understand information on the different types of cardiomyopathy.
We have also supported clinical care by funding specialist nurses posts in different parts of the UK, and we provide cardiomyopathy medical conferences for doctors and nurses.
The Cardiomyopathy Association is the only UK charity dedicated to providing support and information to families affected by cardiomyopathy. It is supported solely by public donation.

Matthew has donated many sketches and doodles over the course of his career, it’s great to see that he uses his, for lack of a better word, celebrity to help the less fortunate.

Thanks Norma!

Matthew at Walk of Smiles in Leeds

As you all know, this past weekend Matthew participated in the Walk of Smiles with a group of friends to raise money for Martin House Hospice for Children. An article about his participation is now online complete with a photo, view the photo in the gallery.  You can still donate by visiting this page.  They have a short interview with him which includes a tease that he is in a new film at the end of the year:

“The success of this event is a testament to how hard Bethany has worked and how hard everyone else has worked. I’m just so impressed and very privileged to be a part of it.”

Matthew did the walk after a morning training with a coach from Leeds Rhinos RL team. “I’m trying to get a bit bigger for a role at the back end of the year. It’s a film but I can’t say too much about it at the moment.”
