Rules:

• Your site must have a GREAT layout
• You must have my button on at least one of your pages(you can put it up before i accept you or right after).
• You must update regularly(at least twice a month)
• I accept free sites as long as they are wonderful and have lots of content and a good layout.
• Upload my button to your own server. NO HOTLINKING!
• NO swearing, hate or innapropriate content(ex: porn sites)

If you apply for Top Affiliation one of my buttons MUST be on every page of your site

At the beginning of each month I will go through all my affiliates to make sure they are following the rules, if not you will be removed with no notice. You can re-apply if you wish, as long as you meet the requirements.

In the email put:

• the subject line as Affiliate Lewis Lovers
• Your Name
• Site Name
• Site URL
• Site Button (url or attach it to the email)
• Type of Affiliation
• Where I can find my button on your site
• Anything else I should know
