Matthew recently spoke to Leeds’ Plush Magazine about Harry Potter, his life in Leeds and more! A scan of the interview may be seen in the gallery! A snippet from the interview is below:
“There’s just something about [Leeds], whether it’s my group of friends, I don’t know really, but I just don’t really want to move away, and I don’t have a reason to anyway. I just don’t want to. Leeds is where I want to be.”

In the latest issue of Radio Times, they interview a bunch of Potter stars including Matthew Lewis. See a scan from the issue in the gallery! In the article, he says:
I was a huge fan of the books. My mum always reminds me of the time I begged: “If they make a film, will you take me to see it?” Little did I dream I would be in it!
“In the first couple of films, I looked like Neville was supposed to. But when it came to the third film, I suddenly got taller and slimmer, so they had to make me geekier. I had a fat suit and false teeth. I tried to be professional about it but I was 15 and on set with girls – there were definitely times I wished I were a more macho character! In this last film, we’ve got rid of the fat suit and Neville has some really cool action scenes. Playing the hero is definitely something I could get used to.”

arry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 is featured in the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly magazine, in the Summer Movie Preview issue. With this feature we get the first official photo of Matt as Neville in the final film! The article also features a slew of other new photos from Part 2! You can view the scans in the gallery but be aware that there are spoilers in the article. I also did my best to make the photo less grainy and added that to the MQ Photos section as well.

Back in November Matthew Lewis was featured in a magazine called Isto É Gente and thanks to Oclumencia we have a scan of the page. The article is in Spanish (?) so if anyone can translate please send it in! There is also a new photo of Matthew featured on the page.
